Charlottesville Women in Tech and Ting Internet present the first annual Charlottesville Women in Tech SWITCH ON! Summit. We are Supporting Women In Tech in CHarlottesville, so it’s time to SWITCH ON our network of women who are trailblazing their paths in the tech world.
This two-part conference is focused on igniting your professional tech network. The morning session is open to all community members to attend presentations on the status, needs, and accomplishments of women in the Charlottesville technology community. The afternoon session is set up for a women-only workshop focused on hands-on activities for augmenting your professional network and career opportunities.

Our vision is to bridge the gender gap in tech by providing a safe and welcoming environment for women and girls to connect, learn and collaborate in Charlottesville.
We host monthly meetings that include speakers on tech topics and allow for networking with other local women. Events are free and open to all women in our community.
